Preamble / Mail-out

Dear ATAPS Project Officers

In recent times it has come to our attention that some of you are concerned about being under-represented in the ATAPS Evaluation outcome data analysis. It is our understanding that there are various reasons for this occurring, some of which may relate to how the data is being input onto the MDS. We are keen to explore and resolve this matter so that all ATAPS projects outcome data are being appropriately represented.

Please complete this online survey, within the next two weeks, to assist us with this investigation. It will only take a few minutes of your time. You will be sent a reminder, if we have not received your completed survey in one week.

Thank you,

The ATAPS Evaluation Team Centre for Health Policy Programs and Economics, University of Melboure" under "ATAPS Evaluation Team
