Division Databases

Many divisions maintain their data in specialised databases such as the Division Information System (DIS) or Mhagic programs. These are managed and supported by their respective companies, so users with information pertaining to these should contact the support contacts provided.

As a general guide, divisions maintain their divisional data in these databases and then extract this in order to upload to the Minimum Data Set (MDS). There is no need to re-enter the data manually in the MDS.

Mhagic (Global Health Solutions)

All divisions have been given a hard-copy userguide. This contains information on how to extract data from this to upload to the MDS. If you are unsure of where this document is refer to the head of your division. Alternatively, if you need to log a Help Desk call :

1) Go to website: http://www.global-health.com

2) Enter CSC username and password (division heads have this information)

3) Select 'job systems' link

4) Log a help desk ticket by selecting 'create new ticket'.
